Delivering Hope and Changing Lives

Since 2005, Ellis County-based Christian Women’s Job Corps has transformed hundreds of lives, one woman at a time, across North Texas.

We foster personal, professional, and spiritual growth to empower women through job skills and career readiness training, interpersonal skills development, and building confidence and self-worth in women. As a nonprofit ministry, we work with women from all walks of life who need tuition-free training in computer skills, resume writing, financial management, communication skills, and more.

During our evolution over the past 19 years, we have resided in various facilities but have remained steadfast in our mission to help women personally, professionally, and spiritually.

The Rose Award

CWJC is supported by our annual ROSE Awards fundraising event, as well as generous and gracious donors and volunteers who share our passion for changing, improving, and elevating women’s lives.
